Full & part rewires

Fuse board upgrades

We install 18th edition metallic fuse boards with individual RCBO protection & surge protection devices as standard on every installation. All fuse board upgrades include NICEIC certification & Building regulations compliance certification.
Garden outbuilding installation
Garden outbuildings have grown in popularity over the last few years, as people realise, they don’t have to move property to generate more space. We can offer the full electrical installation of garden outbuildings, this normal requires a dedicated circuit back to your existing consumer unit in the home and a new smaller consumer unit in the garden outbuilding.
We install a wide range of products to meet the news of the new building, ranging from LED spotlights, LED external wall lights, USB socket outlets, electrical space heating and even WIFI solutions.
EICR
We have over 30+ years of experience in testing and inspecting for landlords. We carry out reports on properties of all sizes. We provide a professional Electrical Condition Report to the Landlord within two working days from the time of the report. We will also compile an itemised quotation which relates to the remedial work identified off the report.
