Yes — and you may be eligible for the OZEV grant worth up to £500. Renters need written permission from their landlord and must have access to off-street parking. Flat owners need written permission from the freeholder or managing agent. You cannot be a lodger living with your landlord. We'll advise you on exactly what's needed and handle the grant application as part of the installation process.
